Sooner or later everyone has computer troubles and needs expert help and advice. I have over 20 years experience working with computer hardware, software, connectivity and training. Much of this experience has been within huge global companies supporting thousands of users. Nowadays I mainly support local individuals at their homes and small local businesses. I'm based in Moraira in the North Costa Blanca so mainly cover the coastal strip from Denia to Benidorm, and inland around the Jalon Valley on a daily basis. I can however travel anywhere within reason and offer remote assistance globally. The most common issues I deal with are poor performing computers that the owners feel need to be thrown away and replaced with a new one. In most cases I can save people many hundreds of Euros and restore their existing computer back to the performance they require without the need to buy a new one. |
